UX/UI Designer and Full-Stack Developers

About the Company
GreenPad is a multi award-winning start-up that provides in-house advisory, training and smart tech solutions across a range of sustainability areas including energy, water and carbon management. The company is advertising for a UX/UI Designer and two Full-Stack Developers roles to work within the product development team. To this end we are:
• Redesigning our existing SaaS energy management tool known as EnergiePad for the user experience
• Programming our existing SaaS energy management tool
• Programming and coding our web-based sustainability behaviour change and engagement platform known as GreenPad Academy
UX/UI Specification, Qualification and Experience
The successful UX/UI designer will possess strong technical, problem-solving, creative and strategic thinking skills as well as at least 2 years of experience using wireframe tools and design software.
The successful candidate shall have a degree or training qualification in UI/UX designs.
The successful candidate shall improve and redesign our existing SaaS energy management tool with more aesthetically pleasing features for the user experience. The designer shall have the ability to translate business needs to functional digital design.
Areas of focus may include user requirements evaluation, visual design, design illustration and functions, information architecture, UI mockups, troubleshoot UX problems, user research and branding.
Full Stack Developers (2x) Specification, Qualification and Experience
The successful full-stack developers will posses programing and coding skills and at least 3 years experience in developing algorithms and web-based apps using HTML/CSS/PHP/JAVASCRIPT/SQL and Stripe.
The successful candidate shall have a degree or training qualification in Computing or Software Engineering.
The successful full stack developers shall perform coding tasks and build SaaS web-based platforms. The development work includes data collection from multiple sources, creation of formulas, different dashboards, data visualisation, data sharing functions, production of automated reports and subscribe integration.
Work Location
GreenPad is located at 24 Holborn Viaduct, Holborn EC1A 2BN. The successful applicants shall work remotely off-site and on-site (subject to COVID-19 guidelines).
